Join us for Healthy Eating Active Living Classes at the Fay/LC Senior Center. The six week microclinic starts August 9 and ends November 22. Each session lasts about an hour and is held on Wednesday from 9:15am - 10:30am. Sessions will include weight measurements, goal setting and tracking, hands-on activities and discussions, low-impact physical exercises, prizes, and healthy snacks and recipes. This program is open to anyone of any age and is sponsored by the Lincoln County Health Department. For more information, please contact the senior center at 433-7271.
